Pastor Jacarra Michael Williams was born on March 21,1988 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to the late Rosemary Williams. Pastor Williams moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana in the fall of 1991, following the unexpected death of his mother. He started being faithful to God and to the church at an early age by participating  on the usher board and joining the choir at his home church, True Love Missionary Baptist Church,  under the leadership of the Late Rev.Jesse White.  

      Pastor Williams preached his first sermon from Psalms 23, entitled “The Benefits of A Good Shepherd" in May of 2004. He was licensed on April 26, 2006 by Pastor Keion D. Henderson. He was very active and dedicated to the ministry and served as Associate and Youth Pastor atNew Horizon Baptist Church. He also taught the New Members Impact Class. He moved his membership to serve at the Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the lateRev. Mike Nickelson and served as the Assistant to the Pastor. He attended Taylor University of Fort Wayne, Indiana where he was the Vice President of Student Relations and a student mentor. Pastor Williams currently attends Trinity Bible College and Seminary  in Newburgh, Indiana, where he has obtained a  Bachelors of Arts in Practical Ministry and is pursuing  a Masters degree in Divinity.

     On Monday, April 11, 2016 Pastor Williams was appointed and selected to serve as the seventh pastor of theNew Hope Missionary Baptist Churchof Michigan City, Indiana.  

On August 29, 2014, he married the love of his life, Lady Tahquai-Alyce Williams, one of the most cherished moments of his life. She is a tremendous part of our ministry as she co directs our youth choir,New Generation and leads our women's ministry known as L.O.V (Ladies of Victory).
